Trinity Staff
Holy Trinity has both full-time and voluntary staff. Our Vicar is the Revd. Simon Dowson. He is supported by our Curate, the Revd. Penny Green and our Youth and Children's Worker, Micki Carey.
Supporting the church's ministry are three Diocesan Readers: Nigel Andrews, Martin Fleetcroft and John Perret. Our administration is managed by Nikki Jackson in the Church Office. For enquiries, the office is located within the church hall and the contact details and current opening hours are always contained in the latest News Sheet.
Revd Simon DowsonI have been Vicar here at Holy Trinity since April 2004 and enjoy being part of the Trinity family. I am married to Fiona, who is originally from Zimbabwe, and have 2 children: Emma, who is 13, and Joel, who is 11.
My great desire for this church is that we would be a growing community of faith dedicated to serving Jesus, each other and the people of this part of Boston.
As Vicar, my role is that of leader and overseer of God’s people, and I need your prayers and support as I do this.

Micki CareyAlthough I joined the staff in April 2008, I was part of the church family for almost 3 years before that. I have always felt welcome and accepted here. I grew up in Boston, in a Christian family.
For many years it has been my dream to work with young people in the town! My hope and prayer is that they will come to love and serve Christ and will go onto impact those around them. The children and young people at Trinity are great and there are so many groups and activities to be part of.
Apart from loving my job, I also really enjoy being with my friends, playing the guitar, trying to play the piano and anything to do with art or sport - except golf.

Nigel AndrewsI moved to Boston, and joined Holy Trinity Church, together with Hilary and the family, in 1989.
As a Reader, I lead services, preach, teach and help with the wider pastoral care of the church. In line with this, I host a home group and currently lead the Healing Prayer Team. I am now retired from consultant surgical practice.
Leisure interests include: enjoying making music (I'm an organ anorak!), gardening, DIY, the family and grandchildren.

Martin FleetcroftI have lived in Boston since 1982 with my wife Ingrid and family.
I am a semi retired violin and music teacher and in May 2001 I became a Diocesan Reader.
My ministry includes leading services and preaching, particularly as a member of the Chaplaincy Team at our local hospital and as a Street Pastor.
I also represent Compassion UK as an advocate, an organisation sponsoring children throughout the world dedicated to releasing children from poverty in the name of Jesus, which is Christ centred, Child focused and Church based.
My ministry has taken me overseas to the Philippines, Europe, India and Kenya.
In 2008 we heard the call of God on our lives to go to Kenya to support the work of friends training pastors and working amongst the poor, taking to them the love and hope that is found in Christ Jesus.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family.
