We have recently installed a new state of the art video projection system and upgraded the quality of our existing sound system, mainly through the provision of new speakers and a new amplifier. At the same time we have put in place better lighting for the dais/stage area.

 

The video projection system consists of one main projector and screen, and two other projectors and screens for the side aisles (click on the images to see the original larger mock-up photo). This system allows all of our congregation to see the service and helps with larger services such as the carol service.

 

When not in use the motorised main screen fully retracts to sit behind the top of the chancel arch, and so will have minimal impact on the aesthetics of the building.

 

Likewise the two side-screens retract to rest against the wooden beam above the arches and so again are barely noticeable. All three projectors are unobtrusively housed out of sight lines.
